PUBLIC NOTICE - RE: BY-LAW NO. 2024-08M – 2024-08Z (495 Riverside Drive)

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2024-08M entitled “A By-law to Amend By-law No. 2006-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law”” in regard to property located at 495 Riverside Drive and having PID number 20008553.

The Council of the City of Bathurst has also enacted By-law No. 2024-08Z entitled “A By-law to Amend By-law No. 2008-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-law”” in regard to properties located at 495 Riverside Drive having PID number 20008553.

The By-laws were filed at the Registry Office of the County of Gloucester as No. 45754703 on January 29, 2025.
