BY-LAW No. 2024-10

A By-Law to Establish a Planning Advisory Committee for the City of Bathurst

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, August 19, 2024, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-10 entitled “A By-Law to Establish a Planning Advisory Committee for the City of Bathurst”.

The purpose of by-law no. 2024-10 is s to create a formal committee responsible for advising members of council on various planning-related matters as per the Community Planning Act.
