PUBLIC NOTICE — BY-LAW No. 2024-05 — A By-Law to License and Regulate Outside Entertainment

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-05 entitled “A By-Law to License and Regulate Outside Entertainment”.

The intent of By-Law no. 2024-04 is to regulate and ensure that outside entertainment in the City of Bathurst are properly licensed and compliant.
