PUBLIC NOTICE — BY-LAW No. 2024-04 — Transient Traders, Peddlers, Vendors and Mobile Truck By-Law

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-04 entitled “Transient Traders, Peddlers, Vendors and Mobile Truck By-Law”.

The intent of By-Law no. 2024-04 is to ensure that vendors, peddlers, mobile trucks and vending units in the city abide by the regulations of the Department of Health and to regulate the quantity of mobile trucks and vending units.
