PUBLIC NOTICE - CITY COUNCIL MOTION - BY-LAW No. 2023-08 - A By-Law Establishing a Code of Conduct for Elected Officials

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, November 20, 2023, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2023-08 entitled “A By-Law Establishing a Code of Conduct for Elected Officials”.

The intent of By-Law no. 2023-08 is to establish ethical standards and rules of conduct that guide and govern members with respect to their roles and responsibilities as elected representatives of the City of Bathurst.
