At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, December 19, 2022, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2022-09M entitled A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2006-01 ENTITLED “THE CITY OF BATHURST MUNICIPAL PLAN BY-LAW”, in regard to the properties located at 1680 & 1690 Riverside Drive and having PID numbers 20834016 & 20040572.

Council also voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2022-09Z entitled A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2008-01 ENTITLED “THE CITY OF BATHURST ZONING BY-LAW”, in regard to the properties located at 1680 & 1690 Riverside Drive and having PID numbers 20834016 & 20040572.
