At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, November 21, 2022, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2022-08 Z entitled A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2008-01 ENTITLED “THE CITY OF BATHURST ZONING BY-LAW”, in regard to a property located at 265 Nazaire Lane and having PID number 20597373.

Council also voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2022-08M entitled A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2006-01 ENTITLED “THE CITY OF BATHURST MUNICIPAL PLAN BY-LAW”, in regard to a property located at 265 Nazaire Lane and having PID number 20597373.
