By-Laws no. 2019-03M - 2019-03Z, 555 Evangeline Drive

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2019-03M entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2006-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law" in regards to property located at 555 Evangeline Drive having the PID number 20784823.

The By-Law 2019-03M received the Ministers approval, on October 9, 2019, as per the Community Planning Act.

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2019-03Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2008-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law" in regards to property located at 555 Evangeline Drive having the PID number 20784823.

The By-laws were filed at the provincial land Registry Office as Nos. 39541611, 39541660, 39541645 and 3954195, on October 22, 2019.
