PUBLIC NOTICE - 1915 Carron Drive

RE: BY-LAWS NO. 2018-08M – 2018-08Z 1915 Carron Drive The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2018-08M entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2006-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law" in regards to property located at 1915 Carron Drive having the PID numbers 20034278 and 20616033. The By-Law 2018-08M received the Ministers approval, on April 1, 2019, as per the Community Planning Act. The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2018-08Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2008-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law" in regards to property located at 1915 Carron Drive having the PID numbers 20034278 and 20616033. The By-laws were filed at the provincial land Registry Office as Nos. 39032272, 39032314 and 39032298 on May 17, 2019. Please see attached PDF file for details.
