At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, October 7, 2024, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-09Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law””, and proposed By-law No. 2024-09M entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law””.

The intent of By-Laws no. 2024-09Z and 2024-09M is to allow the construction of a single-family dwelling
