Bathurst City Council Motions: By-Laws 2024-08Z and 2024-08M

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, October 7, 2024, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-08Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law””, and the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-08M entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law””.

The intent of these two By-Laws is to allow the construction of an 8-storey multi-family dwelling with commercial space on the first floor.
