Bathurst Fire Department Training

From Wednesday, October 9 to Monday, October 21, firefighters from across the Chaleur region will be in Bathurst for training with the Mobile Burn Unit at 970 Vanier Ave (Bathurst Fire Station 2).

The training includes live fire burns, roof ventilation, and self-rescue exercises.

If you live or drive by the area, you may notice smoke coming from the unit—this is part of the training, and there is no danger to the public.
