PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER SECTION 25 OF THE COMMUNITY PLANNING ACT

Notice is hereby given that Bathurst City Council intends to consider amendments to By-Law No. 2006-01 entitled "The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law” as follows:

• 495 Riverside Drive

City Council will meet in Council Chambers at 6:30 pm on Monday, August 19, 2024, to make a public presentation of the proposed amendments.

Written objections to the said amendments shall be received by the City Clerk’s office, in writing, no later than 4 pm, Thursday, October 3, 2024. The City Clerk’s office is located in City Hall, 150 St-George Street, Bathurst, NB E2A 1B5.
