PUBLIC NOTICE RE: BY-LAW NO. 2017-06M (2115 Rough Waters Drive) The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2017-06M entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2006-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-Law" in regards to properties located at 2115 Rough Waters Drive having the PID number 20632691. The By-law was filed at the Registry Office of the County of Gloucester as Nos. 37828143(R) and 37828135(R) on March 2, 2018.
