BATHURST CITY COUNCIL MOTION ON BY-LAW No. 2024-01

At the Special Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-01 entitled “A By-Law Respecting Water and Sewer Charges in the City of Bathurst”.

The intent of By-Law no. 2024-01 is to set rules and regulations to govern the use, management, and maintenance of water and sewer systems within the City of Bathurst.
