PUBLIC NOTICE - CITY COUNCIL MOTION - BY-LAW No. 2023-09 - A By-Law to Approve the 2024 Budget of the Downtown Revitalization Corporation and to Establish a Special Business Improvement Area Levy in the City of Bathurst

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, November 20, 2023, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2023-09 entitled “A By-Law to Approve the 2024 Budget of the Downtown Revitalization Corporation and to Establish a Special Business Improvement Area Levy in the City of Bathurst”.

The intent of By-Law no. 2023-09 is to adopt the Special Business Improvement Levy in the City of Bathurst.
