PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to section 112 of the Community Planning Act

RE: BY-LAW NO. 2021-04M – 2021-04Z (1254 Veniot Avenue)

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2021-04M entitled A By-law to Amend By-law No. 2006-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law" in regards to a property located at 1254 Veniot Avenue and having PID number 20514196.

The By-law was approved by the Minister of Environment on May 27, 2021 and filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534547 on July 15, 2021.

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2021-04Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2008-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law" in regards to property located at 1254 Veniot Avenue having the PID number 20514196.

The By-law was approved by the Minister of Environment on May 27, 2021 and filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534562 on July 15, 2021.
