PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to section 112 of the Community Planning Act

RE: BY-LAW NO. 2021-07M – 2021-07Z (1835 Brideau Drive)

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2021-07M entitled A By-law to Amend By-law No. 2006-01 entitled “The City of Bathurst Municipal Plan By-law" in regards to a property located at 1835 Brideau Drive and having PID number 20406708.

The By-law was approved by the Minister of Environment on May 27, 2021 and filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534968 on July 15, 2021.

The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2021-07Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend by-Law No. 2008-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law" in regards to property located at 1835 Brideau Drive having the PID number 20406708.

The By-law was approved by the Minister of Environment on May 27, 2021 and filed at the Registry Office for the County of Gloucester as No 41534992 on July 15, 2021.
