BATHURST CITY COUNCIL MOTION ON

BY-LAW No. 2024-06Z

A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law”

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, June 3, 2024, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-06Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 Entitled “The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law””.

The intent of By-Law no. 2024-06Z is to change the use of the former Nissan car dealership to enable a workshop specializing in the manufacture and refurbishment of electrical equipment by two companies already established in Bathurst, namely Black & McDonald and Power Precision.
