Bathurst Police Force Community Survey

Bathurst Police Force Community Survey
  January 18, 2018

The Bathurst Police Force is launching a community survey to identify organizational elements that are working correctly and what elements could be improved, enhancing the Force’s assets and improving efficiency of service to citizens. “The objective of the Community Survey is to obtain quantitative results on the public’s perception of the quality of police service delivered, by gauging community engagement, Police performance, safety, Police contact and satisfaction”, said Police Chief Ernie Boudreau. The results will present the public’s view of the Police force’s current overall performance by gathering the opinions and contact experience with the police department. The results will also serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement and community engagement initiatives. Participants can access the survey through the link provided to participate in the survey, either through the City of Bathurst website or the Bathurst Police Force’s Facebook page. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. After one month, all information submitted will be gathered and analyzed. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MQSGNG2 The Bathurst Police Force thanks everyone who participates in this survey in assisting in its continuing efforts to improve services to the public.
