PUBLIC NOTICE — BATHURST CITY COUNCIL MOTION ON BY-LAW No. 2024-03

At the Regular Public Meeting of Bathurst City Council on Monday, January 15, 2024, Council voted on the first reading of a motion to approve proposed By-law No. 2024-03 entitled “A By-Law Designating Portions of Roads within the City of Bathurst as Accessible to Off-Road Vehicles”.

The intent of By-Law no. 2024-03 is to designate more city roads allowing off-road vehicles more access within the city.
