The Council of the City of Bathurst has enacted By-law No. 2022-01Z entitled “A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 2008-01 entitled The City of Bathurst Zoning By-Law" in regard to property located at 1275 King Avenue having the PID number 20037941.

The By-law was filed at the provincial land Registry Office as No. 42396359 on March 09, 2022.
